Geary leads the way in Louisville

Women's Cross Country competed in the Live in Lou XC Classic on Saturday at Tom Sawyer Park. Among a field of 50 teams and over 400 runners in the 5K event, the Tigers showed strength and poise throughout the lineup.

Kirsten Geary turned in another stellar outing with a 19:07, placing 10th on the leaderboard. Eden Brumer was next on the board for the Tigers at a 20:50 to place 105th on the board. Clare Wilber followed with a 20:58, while her sister, Isabel Wilber, checked in with a 21:43 time. Lexus Ralph ran the event in 22:41. Riley Davis was just behind at a 22:52. Liz Martin, Kirstin Thomas, and Ellie Stanko rounded out the Tiger lineup with times of 23:53, 25:00, and 25:51, respectively.

As a team, Georgetown finished 23rd out of the 50 teams competing, which included NAIA and NCAA schools of all levels.
