Men's Tennis pulls out nailbiter at FHU

Tennis traveled to Freed-Hardeman looking to move above .500 in MSC play and were able to do just that in a tight 4-3 win.

Doubles got things going with the top tandem of Max Barriere and Chase Hechemy pulling out a 6-4 win for the first Tiger point of the day. Parker Clarke and Tsugonosuke Hirose also pulled out a 6-3 win in doubles.

In singles action, Hirose easily added another point to the Tiger tally by winning #2 singles action, 6-2, 6-0. Stephen Taylor also cruised to a singles win, 6-2, 6-1. Matthew Smith needed to go the distance but also took home a singles win, 3-6, 6-2, 6-3.

The Tigers stay in Tennessee on Sunday as they travel to Bethel.
