Men's Track & Field earn USTFCCA Academic Award

Georgetown athletes continue to rake in academic honors along with tremendous athletic prowess. The Men's Track & Field team was the latest to be recognized for outstanding academic work.

The Tigers were recently named an All-Academic Team by the USTFCCCA (United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association). The team carried a grade point average of 3.48 in the 2021-22 academic year. According to the USTFCCCA, the "cumulative GPA for all student-athletes on the institution's squad list for Indoor and/or Outdoor Track and Field must be 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, certifiable by the institution's registrar."
