Walters leads Men's XC in Louisville

Men's Cross Country took part in the 8K event of the Live in Lou XC Classic at Tom Sawyer Park in Louisville on Saturday. As a team, the Tigers finished 34th of the 48 teams in the field.

389 runners took part in the run. Elijah Walters was the first of the Tigers to come home with a time of 27:47, finishing in 116th place. Will Stanko checked in just 20 seconds behind Walters at a 28:07. He was followed by Trevor Baker's 28:13. Nick Clark was next to cross with a final mark of 29:17, while Sam Peoples and Harrison Booher came home with respective times of 30:55 and 35:02.

The field features teams from the NAIA and across all divisions of the NCAA.
