Walters leads MXC in Grand Rapids

With just 3 healthy runners and muddy conditions in Grand Rapids, MI, Georgetown still stepped up to the plate and competed against top flight programs from around the region.

In a field of 195 runners for the 8K run, Elijah Walters crossed with a time of 27:31, which put him in 31st place. Will Stanko came home in 50th place with a time of 28:12. Harrison Booher was the final Tiger to run in the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge. He crossed the line in 34:44.

The Tigers will now gear up for the Mid-South Conference Championships in Bowling Green in early November.
