Elijah Walters leads Cross Country at MSC Championships

Georgetown finished 7th in the team standings of the Men's Cross Country Mid-South Conference Championships on Friday at Phil Moore Park in Bowling Green, KY.

Elijah Walters was the 1st Tiger to cross the line in the 8K run with a time of 26:33 to place 21st on the individual leaderboard. Trevor Baker was the next in line with a time of 27:15 to finish 34th. Justin Bynum was 30 seconds behind Baker in 39th place.

The trio of Bryant Curtis, Layne Clark, and Riley Morris came home in 54th, 55th and 56th respectively with times of 29:05, 29:10, and 29:15. Josiah McMahan rounded out the field for Georgetown with a time of 32:14.
