Callie Jackson added 7 points in just 5 minutes off the bench as Georgetown outscored UC-Clermont, 29-9, in the quarter to take a 51-25 lead at the halftime break.

The hot play for the Tigers continued in the 3rd quarter as they held the Cougars to just 4 made baskets and forced 9 more turnovers. On offense, the Tigers used a balanced attack to shoot 10-14 from the floor, en route to a 28-10 advantage in the 3rd. Izzy Lamparty led the Tigers with 7 points and 3 steals in the quarter. It was a 79-35 Tiger lead heading to the 4th.

The final quarter proved to be the breakout for newcomer, Ellie Wilkerson. The Davis & Elkins transfer scored 14 of Georgetown's 20 points in the quarter, while adding a rebound, an assist and steal. The Tigers closed out a strong defensive night holding the Cougars to 4 field goals in the quarter to close out the 53-point romp.

Izzy Lamparty was solid all-around with 9 points, 6 rebounds, 5 steals and 2 blocks. Jordan Rogers chipped in with 9 off the bench. In total, Georgetown held UC-Clermont to just 30% shooting and scored 39 points off 33 Cougar turnovers.
