Women's Golf in 5th place after Day 1 of Blue Raider Classic

Women's golf is in 5th place after 36 holes at the Blue Raider Classic, being played at The Pines at Lindsey Wilson. The team shot a 361 in round 1 and a 380 in round 2.

The Tigers are playing with a 4-woman team in this tournament on the par-72 course. Holly Holton and Allison Shaffer led the way for GC on day 1, each shooting 88-93 for a 181 total. Sarah Hagedorn was right behind with a 184, while Madison Kemper and a tougher go on the day, and finished with a 195.

Day 2 of the tourney takes place on Tuesday morning, where the Tigers will play one final round.
