
Women's Golf places 5th at Island Pointe
Women's Golf competed in the Island Pointe Intercollegiate at Island Pointe GC in Knoxville, TN over the weekend. The Tigers brought home a 5th place finish in the 6-team field.
Maggie Browning led the way for Georgetown in the 36-hole tournament. She shot an 89 in round 1, followed by an 86 in round 2 to place 13th on the individual leaderboard.
Kaelin Stull was the next Tiger to place. After an 85 in round 1, Stull struggled to a 93 in the 2nd round for a total of 178 to finish T-14.
Jaycee Kabaski shot 95-94 over the weekend to place 18th on the board. Addy Gillmor was the final Tiger in the competition. She shot a 216 to finish in 28th place.
The Tigers will now have extended time to hone their games as the team is next slated to compete in the MSC Championships in late April.
