Haney garners AAC Defensive POW Award

Madison Haney has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by conference officials on Monday.

In wins over Tennessee Wesleyan and Warner, the junior goalie tallied 22 saves while also causing 3 turnovers and picking up 2 ground balls.

This is the 1st award of the season for Haney. She will lead the Tigers in Florida on Wednesday against Ave Maria before returning home on Saturday to face Missouri Baptist.
