Bolton finishes 9th in NAIA Pentathlon

Sarah Bolton traveled to South Dakota on Thursday to compete in the Pentathlon in the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships.

She finished in 9th place with a total of 3355 points, and did not finish lower than 9th in any event. Bolton's best outing came in the 60m hurdles, where she ran 9.23, which was good enough for 5th place. She finished 7th in the long jump, going 5.14m and 8th in the high jump at 1.55m.

In the shot put, Bolton threw a distance of 10.22m to take 9th place. She also finished 9th in the 800m race with a final time of 2:31.61, earning 673 points.
